Cancellations

We hold to our policy of

** NO REFUNDS **

unless we cancel a performance.
In that case the ticket holder has 30 days from the show cancellation date to request a refund.
Example: If a show closes on the 15th of the month, they have until the 15th of the next month to ask for a refund.

Theatre seats cannot be removed to make room for a wheelchair unless you contact the JRT Box Office.

If you buy at least 7 tickets a season, we recommend the benefits of buying a coupon book!

STUDENTS/SENIORS RATE: $112

Benefits:

With our coupon book, you can get eight tickets for the price of seven. These may be used at any show in the season for which it was purchased. You may use all eight tickets for one show, if desired.
